User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between the owner of coomeetaccount.com (hereinafter referred to as Coomeet account or Administration) on one side and the user of the website on the other. The Coomeet account website is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Coomeet account website!

Subject of the Agreement

The Administration grants the user the right to place the following information on the site:

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User Rights:

• Search for information on the website
• Obtain information from the website
• Comment on content posted on the site
• Use the information from the site for personal non-commercial purposes

Administration Rights:

• At its discretion and necessity, create, amend, or revoke rules
• Restrict access to any information on the site
• Create, modify, or delete information

User Obligations:

• Ensure the accuracy of the provided information
• Not disseminate information that promotes war, incites national, racial, or religious hatred and animosity, as well as any other information for which dissemination is subject to criminal or administrative liability
• Not disrupt the operation of the site
• Not post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive nature, as well as any other information whose posting is prohibited or contradicts the norms of current legislation of the Russian Federation
• Not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

Administration Obligations:

• Maintain the operability of the site except in cases where this is not possible due to circumstances beyond the Administration’s control.

Liability of the Parties

• The Administration is not liable for services provided by third parties.
• In the event of force majeure (military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User, nor the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Terms of Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon any use of this site. The Agreement is valid indefinitely. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users of any changes to the Agreement.
